Rates are based on additional staff time needed to assist residents with services that they may desire or need, and activities of daily living that may include, but not limited to:

• Mobility Assistance
• Cueing

• Beauty Shop - on Site
• Manicurist - on Site
• Physical Therapy -- coordinated as needed

• Private Companion Assistance -- coordinated as needed
